Saturday Hours, Graduation, Follow Us!

The Library will be closed on the last two Saturdays in May, 5/18 and 5/25.  Saturday hours, 9-5, will resume in June.  View the Library calendar to check daily hours.

Library Opens Longer Hours for Winter / Spring 2013

TOROS have spoken and the University Library has responded with longer hours for the Winter and Spring sessions.  Starting January 22, 2013 the library will remain open until 11:00 pm Monday through Thursday.  The 5:00 closing time will stay the same for Fridays and Saturdays.  We encourage you to take advantage of this extra time to get research papers and homework assignments completed during the quiet evening and night time hours.  The first three weeks in January the Library will keep daytime hours of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday with a 9 am opening on Saturdays.  The Library is closed on Sundays and will be closed on Monday, the 21st in honor of the Martin Luther King holiday.

Extended hours for Final Exams

The library will be open until 10PM Monday through Thursday between the dates of 12/05/2011 and 12/15/2011 to assist students with studying for final exams.

We will be open regular hours both Fridays and the Saturday of 12/10/2011, but we will be closed on Saturday the 17th.

Holiday Hours and Closures

Please keep in mind the following library hours and closures over the Thanksgiving break.
Wednesday, November 23rd: 8AM to 5PM
Thursday, November 24th through Sunday, November 27th: CLOSED

2010 Winter Session

The library will be open the following hours during Winter Session 2010, January 4 - January 23rd:

Mondays-Thursdays: 8:00AM to 7:00PM.
Fridays: 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Saturdays: 11:00AM to 3:00PM.

Note that the library will be closed on the following days:
Friday, January 8th
Friday, January 15th
Saturday, January 16th
Monday, January 18th

The library will resume its usual semester hours on Friday, January 25th. For a list of hours through February, see the library's calendar page.

Winter Schedule

Please note that the library hours will be altered over Winter Break. The library will be closed Dec. 24th, 2009 through January 3rd, 2010.

Other December hours are as follows:
Saturday, December 19th: CLOSED
Monday, December 21st: 8:00AM-5:00PM
Tuesday, December 22nd: 8:00AM-5:00PM
Wednesday, December 23rd: 8:00AM - NOON

Exam Week Hours

The library will be open later than usual Monday through Thursday and Saturday during finals (Dec. 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16). Note that Friday and Sunday hours will remain the same during this time.
